Tom Horne focuses his mediation practice in

general civil disputes. He has over 17 years of litigation experience representing both defendants and plaintiffs in a variety of injury and liability claims, allowing him to bring a broad range of experiences
to the mediation process.

Background
 Tom has practiced law since 1989 in both Nashville and Chattanooga, working primarily in the areas of personal injury and workers compensation litigation. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, and their insurance carriers, in numerous auto and tort liability cases, tried before both jury and bench. He has represented parties in over fifty mediation conferences. He is qualified as a Rule 31 general civil mediator by the Tennessee Commission on Alternative Dispute Resolution, and is a founding member of the Tennessee Association of Professional Mediators

Education/Training
 Tom obtained his undergratuate degree from Occidental College in 1977, and his law degree from the Nashville School of Law in 1989. Rule 31 General Civil Mediation Training was recived from ADR Applications, Inc. in 1997
