Developed and led large claim and litigation departments utilizing pro-active dispute resolution techniques as a key strategy. Personally resolved thousand of claims and cases and have worked in mediations throughout the United States. Education/Training 20 Hours,JAMS Endispute, STEPS employment and dispute and facilitation training. 40 Hours, Henning, Rule 31 civil mediation training.
