Background
 Viewing financially distressed real estate through a New Paradigm, we have Restructured, Recapitalized or Reorganized over $1 Billion of real estate in negotiations regarding assets of less than $1 million to portfolios in excess of $100 million. Our experience, with over 2 million s.f. and $2 billion of real estate development / construction transactions, also qualifies us to serve as asset manager / receiver for existing or to be completed projects. NPDP is also available to speak at industry related seminars and organizational meetings.

Education/Training
 Mr. Lucas is known by his many facets. He has been an entrepreneur for nearly three decades specializing in complex financial problem solving and negotiation. He is a licensed attorney and holds an M.B.A. He is a trained, court certified mediator. He was a pioneer of sorts in retail development. He is known as a leader among his college alumni, his church and his local community. Finally, he is also known, proudly, as a husband and a father to two sons.
