 Mr. Harper has over 25 years of experience in real estate development, construction, and related business experience. He also owned and operated an automobile dealership for over ten years. Mr. Harper is a member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors, The Urban Land Institute, and the Tennessee Association of Professional Mediators.

Education/Training
 Roger Harper, Principal, Creative Dispute Resolutions has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Texas Christian University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Mr Harper is also a Rule 31 Civil and Family Mediation with special training in domestic violence issues.

Mr. Harper has completed the American Arbitration Association Core training for Arbitrators

Fee Information
 Rates range from $165/hr to $300/hr. and are dependent upon the scope and type of mediation or arbitration services required.

A sliding scale fee schedule is available for family mediation.

Pro bono cases are encouraged and accommodated as time permits.
