Consultant & Mediation Institute (CMI) was founded in 2005, in response to a need for skilled, independent, and industry specific dispute practitioners and trainers. CMI's team is comprised of premiere conflict resolution experts with extensive experience in the mediation entity, employment issues, discrimination, personal injury, real estate, and harassment.

Background
 Mr. Stevenson is the President and Rule 31 Practitioner for Consultant & Mediation Institute and provides NEW and EFFECTIVE methods of MANAGING CONFLICT. MANAGING CONFLICT is a dynamic and systematic approach for individuals, businesses, and organizations to increase value by reducing the costs of conflict. Unresolved conflicts often spiral out of control and inflict irreparable financial and emotional harm on the parties and their relationships. Mr. Stevenson draws on his 26 years of human resource experience in diverse areas of business, labor relations, compliance, investigation, and real estate, as well as his training, experience,and skills in mediation to bring about resolution of disputes where the parties often achieve maximum satisfaction of their interests beyond their expectations.

Education/Training
 Civil Mediation Trainer at the University of Tennessee at Martin. 40 hours Civil Mediation Training Tennessee, Kentucky, and Georgia Supreme Courts Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission. Stevenson earned his Masters Degree in Ministry from Tennessee Temple University, has done Graduate Work in Organizational Development from the University of Tennessee at Martin, and holds a Bachelors Degree in Business from Stillman College in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
