topic “Ethics 20/20 Issues & ADR: A Report on the ABA Ethics 20/20 Commission”
Learn about issues confronting the American Bar Association Ethics 20/20 Commission as it begins its 3 year review of the ABA Model Rules of Conduct and U.S. system of lawyer regulation in the context of advances in technology and global practice. Discussion will include:
· international arbitration
· ethics issues for attorney mediators in an era of personal computing, e-mail, “smart-phone” technology, enhanced personal digital assistants, and the internet
CLE/CME APPROVED for 1 hr CLE dual general & ethics credit
APPROVED for 1 hr. CME Mediation Ethics or General Mediation Issues credit
