Lauri uses her extensive background in labor and employment law, construction law, and general commercial law to help individuals and businesses find ideal resolutions to conflicts of all sorts. In her nine years as in-house counsel of a major construction/aggregate corporation, Lauri gained a deep understanding of construction projects from start to finish. She began her labor and employment experience in private practice and continued throughout her tenure as in-house counsel. Lauri now devotes her experience to helping parties in conflict find peaceful resolutions at a fraction of the time, cost, and negative emotional energy expended in pursuing litigation.
