Larry has mediated cases in numerous industries including health care, employment, non-profit and faith based organizations. His 30 years of experience in organizational dynamics and workplace law enables him to bring numerous conflict management skills to bear through services including intervention, facilitation, system design and training as well as mediation. The kinds of settings in which he works especially well include high level organizational conflict (board disputes), professional peer conflict and inter-group conflict. He especially enjoys working with complex adaptive systems and helping leaders effect culture change.

Background Larry is Of Counsel with Miller & Martin PLLC providing advice and representation of the firm's clients in the area of labor and employment. For over 30 years Larry has worked with businesses, non-profit organizations and their executive and professional leaders to maximize productivity and profitability through minimizing institutional conflict. As a lawyer, litigator, educator and mediator, Larry brings enormous experience to the problem solving table. He is in great demand as a speaker on topics related to conflict management and culture change. He was the inaugural Executive Director at the Institute for Conflict Management at Lipscomb University where he serves as Senior Fellow and Associate Professor. Education/Training Post-doctoral training in bio-medical ethics at Alden March Bioethics Institute with the Albany Medical Center. Post-doctoral training in mediation and conflict management at Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine Law School, Malibu, California J.D. Degree - Wayne State University Law School, Detroit, Michigan B.A. Degree - Oakland University, Rochester, Michigan Fee Information $400 per hour; $4000 per day; $2000 per half day (Negotiable for pro bono and non-profit entities and individuals.)
