 Mr. Stein is a member of the ADR Panel for the Middle District of Tennessee, and is listed by the ADR Commission as both a General Civil and Family Mediator (specially trained in Domestic Violence issues) pursuant to Rule 31 of the Tennessee Supreme Court. Mr. Stein serves as the Chair of the Nashville Bar Association's Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee, and TAPM’s Legislative Action Committee. Education/Training
 Mr. Stein is an attorney-mediator. He received a BA in Computer Information Sciences in 1990 and a Juris Doctorate magna cum laude in 2000.

Fee Information
 $200/hour with a daily minimum of two hours. Travel expenses must be reimbursed for mediations held outside middle Tennessee.
