I employ the facilitative method of mediation-- keeping the parties together as much as possible and getting them into problem solving mode. Background
 A late in life law student, I retired from law practice to exclusively practice mediation. I have been mediating since 1984, making me Memphis' first professional mediator - mostly in family law, employment cases, and family business. Education/Training
 over 600 hours of mediation training and continuing education credits. I perform crossover training for mediators for family mediation and teach kids "peer-med".

Fee Information
 $300 per hour. $250 per hour for evaluative business co-mediation with Daniel Copp for complex business issues.
