Background
 In August 2007, Mr. Schwarz established a solo practice to focus on mediation. He is a listed civil mediator under Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31. He was a charter member of the panel of mediators for the United States District Court, Western District of Tennessee. He is a panel member for the American Arbitration Association and the National Association of Securities Dealers. He is also an adjunct professor at the University of Memphis Law School, where he teaches an upper level seminar on negotiation theory and alternative dispute resolution.

Education/Training
 Mr. Schwarz received his B.A. degree from Brown University in 1975 and his J.D. degree in 1980 from Vanderbilt University School of Law. He is a member of the American, Tennessee, Federal and Memphis Bar Associations.

Fee Information
 $125/hr/separately represented party for two party cases; $100/hr/separately represented party for 3 or more party cases.
