Mediation at any stage of the divorce process. I specialize in helping clients customize their agreements to fit their unique situations. I also challenge parents to learn the skills necessary to facilitate their children's adjustment to the divorce. I strive to help divorcing couples forge an agreement that they can live with over time, not just force an immediate settlement. I am also available post divorce at a reduced fee to help couples and families navigate the terms of their agreement to avoid unnecessary conflict. In recent years I have added small company disputes to my practice and enjoy helping management to navigate internal conflicts affecting their business.

Background
 After many years in a corporate setting I shifted focus when I became a parent. I taught peer mediation in public schools in Michigan and worked with suburban gang members in California. I have written parenting curriculum and conducted marriage seminars with my husband across the country. I have spent countless hours familiarizing myself with the Court systems in both Williamson and Davidson County to better serve my clients. I have also worked extensively with area attorneys to assist their clients in reaching amicable agreements suitable to their needs. More recently I have taught Mediation seminars at the Graduate level.
