Nashville TN mediator Margaret M. Huff ("Marnie Huff") has more than 30 years of experience as an attorney. She has an "AV" peer rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating given for legal ability and ethical standards in the attorney peer review process. She is a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Listed General Civil Mediator and a certified Better Business Bureau arbitrator. She is on the ADR panels for the U.S. District Courts for the Middle District and the Eastern District of Tennessee. She is a Certified Trainer of Managing Workplace Conflict (certified by the Mediation Training Institute International). Marnie Huff is Co-Chair of the Ethics Committee of the American Bar Association Dispute Resolution Section and Chair of the Ethics Education Track for the 2010 annual conference of the ABA Dispute Resolution Section. She is a member of the Executive Committee and Past Chair of the Tennessee Bar Association Dispute Resolution Section. She is a member of the Association for Conflict Resolution's Workplace Section.
